In March 2007 I changed jobs. I went from a parttime job in my home town to a full time job in a place 25 km from my home town, being a chef at a bakery department. I was offered this job by my supervisor and I took it, not knowing at the time that it would become a stressful and energy consuming task. As it turned out 6 months later, I couldn't cope with the pressure and I got a burnout. I called in sick and stayed at home for two weeks, waiting for a transfer back to my home town. In these 2 weeks, my DH booked us on a trip to Prague to get the pressure off and take time to relax, trying to see things in the right perspective again. So we took the plane to Prague, booked a cosy hotel and used the time off to do sightseeing. Prague is a very old city, with lots of beautiful architeture and bridges in the historical Old Centre.
This old church is built on the "Prague Burcht" and is simply beautiful. In the Old Centre there is the Anatomic Clock and on the Charles Bridge there are artists that make drawings, gorgeous!
We used public transportation to get around, which is rather difficult 'cause all signs and information is in Czech!!
After my burnout I got another parttime job, again at the bakery department, but in a different store in my home town
